Catalyzing Recovery


Bank will resort to stern recovery measures to improve financial health of the bank by following means :


i) Action under Section 75 of Haryana Cooperative Societies Act 1984.

ii) Presenting post dated cheques of the defaulters.

iii) Fixing responsibility vis-à-vis loan disbursement:

LVOs, Managers and CEOs would be held responsible if any loan disbursed by them become sticky and bank would resort to quality loaning. DPCARDBs would maintain complete loan profile of the individual loanee.

iv) Coordination with District Administration:

CEOs / Managers would be in constantly touch with the District Administration in taking their help in recovering the dues.

v) Effective Loan advancement:

Bank would work out loan advancement policy for DPCARDBs on the basis of their recovery performance. The advancement to DPCARDBs will be invariably linked to recovery and the progress of targets and achievements toward lending would be reviewed purpose-wise to ensure diversification.

vi) Computerisation:

In order to curtail establishment expenses and enhance efficiency, computerization of HSCARDB and DPCARDBs would be under taken in two phases on top priority basis.

vii) Suitable amendments in Act:

State Government may make suitable amendment in the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 to improve the recovery climate of Cooperative Structure.
