Future Plans

• To increase market share of the Bank by way of resorting to quality lending.

• Taking action against big defaulters of NFS, RHS, and Purchase of land and Rural Godown u/s 75 of Haryana Cooperative Societies Act.

• Efforts for realization of its overdue amount from the defaulters by presenting post dated cheques, like other financial institutions.

• Rationalisation of Staff by way of proper deployment.

• Bank is concentrating to computerize the operations of the Bank in order to bring efficiency. In the Phase I , Bank has computerized the Accounts and Loans of Head Office by implementing CBS system. For ccomputerisation of accounts of borrowers(members) who take loan from DPCARDBs through their Branches. HSCARDB has procured the Cooperative Core Banking Solutions (CCBS) software from National Informatics Centre (NIC) , Govt. of India. This software is already implemented in Punjab SCARDB successfully. This software covers all operations related to Banking of Land Mortgage Banks. By implementing the CCBS , it will not only help to Bank but to farmers of Haryana also as their loan accounts, the Govt. subsidies and benefits of other incentive  schemes shall be computerise. At present, the software is under testing mode.

• Downsizing of Class IV staff by sending them on deputation/ permanent absorption in other Coop. Institutions/ Govt. Deptt. which will reduce the cost of management.
